ABOUT DARK SIDE
“Dark Side of Buffoon & The Spectrum of Scandals” is a satirical journey through the past six years of the Bush Administration’s crimes, corruption and scandals in rhyme and meter. The book examines not only the Bush administration, but the corruption of the 109th congress and the enabling of the 110th congress. The book also examines the corporate media’s complicity in censoring the news of the criminal behavior of this administration and those who contract with them. Dark Side covers those issues domestic and foreign that matter to all Americans who care how we as a country are perceived by the rest of the world and how we treat each other. The book is ultimately a poetic polemic against the devastating philosophy of neo-conservatism and the book offers We the People an understanding of how we can take our government back from the destructive path of privatization that should be owned by all of us.

Jennifer Mercede - contemporary fine art with flavor.

This one guy, who walked upstairs into the gallery at the Ruddy Duck in Hood River said, "Oh, it's just art... " and turned right back around. I thought that was funny. At the same show, an eight year old boy commented, "This is the best art in the WHOLE WIDE WORLD!"

I don't have a lot of time to be in my studio to work on my collages and assembleges - soooo, I bought a nice pad of paper, and every color of fine point pen and magic marker I could find at Office Depot, and began to play with lines and color. To me these are practice pieces. To my fans, it's doodles grown up. ;-)

My Doodles will be part of the Working Artists Studios group show, Unifying Themes. The opening is Saturday, November 10th from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. >>>Directions Here<<<
